NORBERG PIANOS / CONSULTATION INFORMATION

Image & design credits

Norberg piano and logo

The grand-piano image and piano-and-dove wordmark are original Norberg Pianos assets, reused from NorbergPianos.com. The piano image represents the company’s piano collection, not a client’s appraised instrument. The logo’s lettering and emblem have not been redrawn.

Slava’s portrait

Portrait supplied by the owner for the Canadian Norberg website. The introduction uses Slava’s supplied portrait, genuine Norberg piano imagery, illustrative AI-generated owner footage and phone-screen diagrams. The screens explain the review steps; they do not depict a separate app.

Real photographs for piano identification

The grand and vertical examples reuse existing Norberg catalogue photographs (TS-152 and TS-123), with the previously prepared background cleanup. They demonstrate piano shapes and do not depict a customer’s instrument.

The square-grand example is the Nunns & Clark Square piano, 1853, object 503678, The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The image is marked Public Domain and is available under the museum’s CC0 Open Access policy. Its date describes the example shown; the shape alone does not establish another piano’s age.

Typography

This design follows the Norberg website rebuild, using self-hosted Cormorant Garamond and Manrope. Cormorant Garamond license · Manrope license. Earlier font assets and licenses remain in the source archive for continuity. No paid font service or external tracking scripts are required.

Guided appraisal explainer

The owner footage and the new smiling Slava research and phone-consultation scenes were generated with Grok Imagine. The distinct phone-consultation keyframe was created with the built-in image-generation tool using the established Slava likeness reference. Each moving scene appears once, with no loops or repeated footage. Slava’s supplied portrait was used as her likeness reference. The illustrative piano is digitally branded with the supplied Norberg wordmark. The open-top interior photography cutaway is an AI-generated image, based on the existing owner scene, with the missing central tuning-pin areas corrected and presented with a slow camera move; it is not footage of a real client inspection. The revised video shows the owner photographing a piano from behind her shoulder, plus real website screens from a staged walkthrough. The uploaded example piano photographs are from Norberg’s collection. Phone verification, research, report and email layouts are illustrations; no actual client case, live market search, valuation amount or completed assignment is depicted. A continuous AI-generated Crisp female narration introduces Norberg Pianos Incorporated and separates Slava’s Canadian appraisal clients from Todd’s U.S. appraisal clients. The shared film uses conditional tax-savings wording; country-specific requirements remain on each website. The interior photography serves as illustrative footage, not a tutorial. Todd Scott’s portrait was supplied by the owner; his credentials appear as company background, with Slava identified as the Canadian appraiser.

Grand-piano interior reference and adaptation

The overhead grand-piano illustration and its Grok animation are adapted from “Hammers at rest” by Jean-Etienne Poirrier, licensed CC BY-SA 2.0. Changes include an overhead perspective, hands and a phone, a middle-register string illustration, a visible camera interface with shutter controls, and an animated shutter-button press. The resulting illustration and animation are shared under the same CC BY-SA 2.0 licence. They are explanatory illustrations, not photographs of a client’s piano. Home visit and service-area map

The home-visit scene is an AI-assisted illustration of Slava examining a piano with a homeowner, animated with Grok. The instrument reference is Norberg’s supplied TSG-275 product photograph; it is not footage of an actual customer visit. The map uses road geometry from OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database Licence. Norberg’s approximate service-area overlay is illustrative, not a measured drive-time boundary. Addresses and appointment availability are confirmed before booking.
